Don’t be alarmed if you see white dots floating down your screen. It’s the digital snow season that begins every Dec. 1.

And it seems Vancouver is about to get its first snowfall — the forecast is for a light dusting by Thursday with temperatures dropping below zero to -5 Wednesday. But the sunshine will continue, which is at least some solace.
