Former Spanish soccer star Aitor Ocio was among the men who sported new Desigual styles for Summer 2015 at the recent Desigual catwalk show in Barcelona. He came out carrying a mermaid (Spanish model Clara Alonso) while wearing a matching sports jacket and shorts. The Barcelona-based fashion brand’s collection for next summer also offered new twists on the Hawaiian look and the salty-dog faded-denim Fisherman theme. Among the outfits was a men’s sport jacket worn with a sarong! Is Vancouver ready for men wearing sarongs in summer?
Here’s a sneak preview of what Desigual will unveil for men next year, with a few women’s styles thrown in, including a one-piece bathing suit (see video below) featuring international male models Andrés Velencoso, Jon Kortajarena, River Viiperi, Antonio Navas and Juan Betancourt, plus dancer Rafael Amargo and former footballer Aitor Ocio:
